Responsibilities
- Conduct algorithm research and technology transfer in pathology image analysis, multimodal foundation models, and related areas;
- Participate in R&D and commercialization projects for intelligent pathology devices and reagents;
- Write high-quality papers, patents, and technical reports, and apply for research grants.
Requirements
- PhD from a renowned university or research institution in China or abroad (including graduates about to defend their dissertation), generally no older than 40;
- Background in biomedical engineering, medical physics, electronic information, AI algorithms, medical image processing, biochemical reagent development, big data analytics, or related fields;
- Solid research foundation, ability to conduct independent research, awareness of technology transfer, good foreign language skills, and strong teamwork.

- Identify and visit target customers; build channel partnerships and the distributor network;
- Visit end customers (hospital pathology, clinical laboratory, gynecology departments, etc.) for targeted brand promotion; present and cross-sell AI analysis software, automated DNA quantitative analysis instruments, and matching reagents and consumables; maintain customer relationships;
- Manage, coordinate, and evaluate distributors; drive adoption of the "software + hardware + reagents" bundled solution and sustained repeat purchases of reagents and consumables;
- Conduct market research and analysis to guide the company's AI algorithm iteration and product development;
- Meet annual performance targets (instrument installations, reagent consumption, software licenses).
Requirements
- Honest, diligent, and ambitious; familiar with department heads and experts in gynecology, pathology, and clinical laboratory departments at major hospitals in the region;
- Full-time associate degree or above in clinical medicine, biomedical engineering, laboratory medicine, or a related field;
- 5+ years of sales experience in medical devices or IVD reagents, including 3+ years selling molecular testing or pathology instruments and reagents; experience cross-selling "AI software + hardware + reagents and consumables" is a plus;
- Follows company leadership; extensive channel resources in pathology or clinical laboratory; able to build a team, with strong teamwork;
- Familiarity with AI-assisted diagnosis, digital pathology, or laboratory information system (LIS) products is a plus;
- Willing to travel frequently.
